Product Development

Pitti Castings is equipped with the following facilities:

  • Morethan 10 workstations to support AutoCAD for 2D Drawings, ProE and Solidworks for 3D modeling
  • Casting Soundness - Equipped with MAGMA Solidification Simulation Software to predict the soundness of the casting before pouring itself. ( For both Iron and Steel )
  • Pattern manufacturing has a dedicated Tool Room along with CNC Machining facility that is equipped with 3D CMM for measuring the Casting / Tooling
  • The sample lead time is from 6 Weeks to 12 Weeks based on the intricacy of Casting
  • Machining development is done in state-of-the-art CNC Machine Shop with EDM, Wire cutting and CNC Jig boring facilities available near by
  • Machining lead time will normally take 2 to 3 weeks on receipt of casting
